Everybody is fantastic, friendly & efficient. What a wonderful service they provide. The bonus is that staff are all dog lovers.
The young dentist who butchered my teeth was patronising, condescending, and utterly incompetent. He did two fillings and both were completely botched. He didn't drill out the decay properly and trapped it behind each filling. One filling was also put in poorly, being too large for the tooth and causing pressure. I had excruciating pain and had one filling replaced by another dentist just a few days later. The second filling also hurt, but we decided to wait and see. I made an appointment for an emergency dental appointment and waited over a month for the appointment, on the morning of my 11am appointment I was told it's been cancelled and I've the option to move the appointment a further two weeks back. N9tnreally good enough
I Had a tooth extraction today. I suffer with anxiety & Mild panic attacks but from the Receptionist to my Dentist Siobhan & her tattooed assistant(sorry i didn't catch your name) i had a painless comfortable as possible experience. Just lovely lovely people. Thank you all so much.
