Great service and good food
I was at the emergency room in the early hours of Wednesday, and I would really like to thank all the professionals who were there. I felt really well looked after, and that means so much — especially when you're in such a vulnerable situation. My special thanks go to Nurse Mitchell, who was so professional, calm, and kind. The lady who did the triage was also really lovely, but unfortunately, I don’t know her name. It truly means a lot. Thank you so much to the whole team who took care of me that night.
A big shoutout to ED. Was transported there last night 16.09.25 presenting with severe headaches, nausea, dehydration, tachycardia, high BP. I was seen to immediately and tests underway from swabs to X-rays which resulted in a positive Influenza A return. I was then moved to an isolated room in short stay where I was given IV fluids and monitored overnight. The professional care and support from the Drs and nurses and paramedics were exceptional and I wish to Thank you all. Many thanks, Sharon Gates
