Fantastic service from Nambour Electrical Service (NES). This is the second time we’ve had these legends out in the space of a few months and, once again, they delivered. The first visit was for an air con unit under warranty. Communication with Kelly throughout the process was absolutely top shelf and the tech clearly knew his stuff. No mucking around, job done properly. All up, from contacting the manufacturer to having the air con repaired was four days start to finish, which is impressive by anyone’s standards. We had two dealings with Nambour electrics. 1: Came to see what was the problem with our LG fridge - diagnosed in 5min but needed to order parts ✅ 2: Richard arrived with new parts, fitted new parts & the fridge is working perfectly. Both times the Technician turned up on time, they were friendly and polite, and cleaned up any mess they had made. ✅ Not sure what more you can expect?? In MY experience, these guys knew their stuff.
