I have been a patient of Dr. Namba’s since 2000. I have always had a fear of dentists since I was a kid. Dr.Namba and his staff are always so patient and gentle. They have helped me overcome this fear. They always take the time to explain what they are going to do. They always ask if I’m comfortable during every procedure. Lori is exceptional. She not only runs the front office, but she is a very knowledgeable assistant as well. The proof is in my smile 😊
Twice in a row they messed up the scheduling for my appointments. The second time I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes and instead of apologizing for her repeated mistake, the blonde lady at the front desk told me it was my fault, even though I made sure to confirm the time with her beforehand. Only go here if you enjoy having your time wasted
