Meagan is a Gem! Had such a wonderful 90 mins with her for a prenatal massage. Amazing massage, amazing conversation. Felt like I was hanging with my bestie! 10/10 will be back!!
Megan is an amazing massage therapist. I feel great when I leave.
Megan is incredibly intuitive and educated in her field. She knows when to put something off and when to address it. My first TMJ massage was with her and although it was awkward to have someone's fingers in my mouth, it did actually loosen my jaw and make me more comfortable. Megan has become the standard I will use for massage therapists, but hopefully I won't have to see anyone else.
I go to Namastae my day for my TMJD- I cannot express enough gratitude to Meagan for helping with my symptoms. She often will help with my shoulders etc as well but the difference she makes for my migraines and jaw pain is immeasurable. For example, today she noticed I had a lisp and was not opening my mouth all the way to speak bc I was in so much pain and she took so much time and effort to fix it I left a new woman!!!!
The experience was wonderful. The facility was top notch and immaculate. Meagan is a very pleasant person and skilled MT. I set up a massage for my wife because she needed something to counteract her stressful and demanding career. She came back singing Meagan's praises and suggested that I should go there. Now I know for myself that the praises were warranted. I highly recommend Namaste My Day if you are looking for a wonderful therapeutic massage and stress relief. Thank you so much Meagan!
