Beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Place an order through their website for pickup, website crashed but my card was charged. Called to clarify if it did, or did not go through… couldn’t communicate at all with the first person who answered. Called back after their line went down. No answer. Best butter chicken in town
What a delicious meal we had! Everything was so yummy!!!
Masala dosa I ordered was not good. Looked like it was not properly cooked. The white chutney that came with it tasted like water. Sambar didn't taste like sambar. Vada was old-heated at that time-was too oily, shapeless and tasteless. Other items like kizhi porotta, biriyani, chicken curry with appam were okay. Generally, taste wise not a great place. Not sure what they mean by "authentic kerala"
