We just loved our wonderful class with Lisa at our airbnb in Asheville. She immediately got to know our group, led a beautiful practice with tons of hands on adjustments and was a friendly presence to begin our Sunday morning.
This was an amazing experience front to back! The hike was really pretty, and our guide Kelli did so well leading us through her curated yoga flow. She was also very good at taking photos at the right time for my Mom and me to take back home with us as lovely mementos.
What a great time. Meditation by a waterfall and yoga next to the stream with water falling over the rocks.
The micro waterfall retreat was truly one of the most peaceful and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. Ms. Brandon was a fantastic guide—she shared so much about the area, led us through a beautiful meditation at the most serene spot, and guided a calming yoga session right in the heart of the forest.
