I had the most incredible yoga hike with Anna Kate. It was therapeutic and healing. The weather held off for us the whole time until the very end when we were done. The Catawba Falls hike is a moderate trail with a beautiful water fall. I highly recommend this retreat!!
Ceira led our group of 25 women through the most amazing yoga class this week. We came to Asheville from all across the country for our annual Fall Retreat with our group coaching program. I had such a wonderful experience with Namaste in Nature! 🌿✨ The hike was beautiful, the waterfalls breathtaking, and the yoga practice in the middle of nature felt so grounding. Anna Kate was an amazing instructor… warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole journey special. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Asheville looking for a unique way to connect with nature and themselves. 💚

This was such a beautiful experience! The hike was perfect and lovely with a lot of waterfalls. The yoga and meditation were so relaxing and special under the canopy of the forest. Nicole was amazing and the perfect fit for our group. I cannot recommend Namaste in Nature enough!
