Best spa in the region. Great attention to detail, courteous and expert service...you will feel fabulous after you are done. Tip: the infrared sauna is the best!

Amazing afternoon being pampered with a massage and excellent facial. They were very accommodating of me having my 6 week old daughter with me, and allowed her to be on the treatment tables with me. Highly recommend!
Amanda gives the best massages. Seriously. She takes the pain away. I also love that my daughter can get pampered in the salon while I'm getting a massage. She loves her mani-pedis.
I visited today for the first time and I must say it will not be my last. Michelle did my pedicure and she made me feel so comfortable. It was nice to have a conversation while getting my toes done. Thank you so much Michelle!
I have visited Namaste' three times now and enjoyed each massage, sauna and now Reiki session immensely! I am excited to try new services too! The staff is wonderful and the facility is very relaxing. Definitely impressed with their services!
Today was my first experience ever having gotten a massage (or any sort of spa treatment). My wife has gone to them a number of times, and she always recommended I give it a try. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They were courteous and attentive. The entire time I was there I never once felt uncomfortable about anything. Amazing services, truly wonderful staff--a gem out in little slice of the world that I will be sure to revisit!
Feeling very relaxed after an amazing 60 minute massage. I got the head to toe package so I am looking forward to additional relaxation. 😊
