I too had the half day get away and from the moment I walked in the experience was great! The employees were beyond friendly and attentive and everything was neat and pristine. I will most definitely be going back.

The instructor for the class that I attended on 6/12 @530, Danielle, was amazing and super encouraging!! It was my first class, but I was able to keep up with slight modifications. She even gave me some helpful pointers after class 😁! I will be back!!
I've been here twice now since December! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to spend the day there relaxing and pampering yourself! 5 stars!!! �����

What a beautiful place! Very welcoming and kind staff, it was my first visit and I felt at home. The yoga instructor was very personal, professional and skilled - she was great. I can't wait to go back and to continue to book more classes!
Absolutely love namaste, staff is friendly and professional. Beautiful facility inside, and reasonable prices.
Yoga and Barre classes are wonderful... Diverse classes and instructors. Massages, facials and other treatments are great, and all at a great price!!
