Absolutely horrific. My grandmother moved from the east coast to Colorado to be with her daughter. Once her condition progressed she moved in here. We have been calling for months, leaving messages anywhere we can, and we get nothing back. They don’t answer their phones they don’t return messages. We don’t even know if our grandmother is still alive at this point. DO NOT send your loved ones here.
Administrative lady is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Facility itself is ran poorly, residents are ignored. On the verge of being shut down by corporate. Do not move your loved ones here if you can help it. The only thing good about this place are a few of the nurses and CNAs.
Not the greatest place fr your loved one they did a terrible job with my fathers failed to cll 911 till 4 hours after my father swallowed his vomit to and ammonia he passed away yesterday Watch your loved ones if there in here caught
This place is amazing! With excellent resident care built off great management and leadership who strive in memory care! The staff is a hard working, care team who take care of your loved one, like one of their own, full with respect and dignity! The landscape is beautiful, nestled at the foothills of the mountains. The grounds are well kept, the front lobby area is clean and well kept, just overall a great place!
