We use Namans for processing our deer meat and everything is always great! The cube steaks are tender, the link sausage is juicy and had a great smoked flavor. The ground sausage and deer burger are outstanding and have the perfect mix of pork fat and venison. We love the finished product every time and wouldn't use anyone else.
