Rachael is an exceptional massage therapist! She is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and skilled. She takes the time to understand what your body needs and customizes each session. Her warm, welcoming personality makes you feel instantly comfortable from the moment you walk into her studio. Over the past several months, I've noticed significant improvement in how I feel. Highly recommend!
Fantastic work. I felt amazing for days. I think her work prevented an injury as I had a bad fall a few days later, that was not so bad afterall. My body has a long history of injuries that I prefer not to discuss. I was amazed at my first appointment how quickly she was finding them. I heard myself saying "oh, that's the shoulder injury that started me in yoga" and then later, "wow, that's an old baskeball injury from college." Healing and injury prevention.
Rachael has helped me heal an injury in my neck and shoulder and I’m deeply thankful for that. After the first massage, I could feel an immense release from pain. Rachael is very easy to schedule with and is just such fun person to be around.

I have been going to Rachael for over 20 years. She is the only massage therapist I feel comfortable going to. Rachael is a master at deep tissue massage, but I’ve also seen her for pregnancy massage, and simply relaxing massages. She is worth every penny!! ❤️
