I have been to here twice, first time was customer service was ok, got 2 different packs of herbs. 1 was pre measured/packed, once I got home to put into my glass jar, there were 2 big pieces of rock The second time I came to this store, was not greeted, had to wait more than 5 minutes for a older man that helped me, didn’t say anything by the total for my pre packed item, again there was 2 rocks in this. they are respectful up until now, now the customer service is terrible and prices seem high. With a smile-the owner tries to change my order by suggesting more expensive versions of an item I already chose, suggests a bad item (pre-madeherbal chicken herb package expensive and missing items), and when I asked her what to deal with stress, she said lavender tea. It was my first time in a traditional Chinese medicine store where I knew nothing prior and Kim was so helpful! She is a lovely person who will make you feel welcome even if you do not speak the Chinese.

A go here once very three weeks for my ginseng energy shots ($15 here vs $90 at H-mart for a 30 day supply). Also, the workers here don’t hassle me and upsell like the other places. I won’t go anywhere else.

Nam Bak Hong is a fantastic place for high-quality herbal and traditional Chinese medicine products.
