Nall’s Plumbing did excellent work for us. Prior to purchasing a house, a new septic install was completed by the seller. During tours of the house and the home inspection (prior to the new septic install,) there was no septic smell in the basement. Upon moving in (after the septic install,) we had a septic odor in the basement that fluctuated from mild to terrible over the course of many months. We just had someone come out to repair our toilet. Just went to use the bathroom and there is filth all over the toilet. One of my bathroom rugs is soaked through with water and debri, and some type of oil and dirt all over it. It was obviously used to place used tools or dirty toilet parts on and it is possibly now ruined. I am glad I accidentally stepped on it realizing that it was wet or it would have just remained there soaking through to the floor. Also our sink was draining fine, but it is now clogged after water from ... read more
