OUTSTANDING mattress shopping experience, start to finish. My husband and I had started at Mattress Firm, and their salesmen were aggressive, pushy, trying to upsell us a $6000 mattress with adjustable base and apps and remotes and all these things we never asked for, constantly making us uncomfortable with personal questions regarding money and why we wouldn't make a purchase that day, making us feel awkward for not wanting to drop that much money on a mattress we weren't even liking.
