The service staff was great. The service technicians, not so much. I came to get my underbody skid plate on my 2021 Kia K5 replaced. I had the unfortunate luck of running over some tire tread on I-20 which caused some damage to my skid plate. It was torn and dragging on the ground. I paid $480 to get it replaced, and not only did they not properly install it, but the old skid plate that was supposed to have been removed is still there...
