I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment!
My vehicle advisor Shaunie was great! My vehicle was dropped off and ready within 24 hours, with no wait time. The part was in stock as well. This was one of my best experiences with a service center.
Kursteen was very polite, nice and helpful kept me informed while my car was in shop. Kursteen also answered every question I had and even made sure to let me know when my car was ready when she was off. I will be back and have Kursteen as my representative.
