Experience was smooth. The young lady at the desk was nice and professional. She was a welcome surprise thank you for your service.
I came here for a thermostat code and when they did the diagnostic the technician said it was the sensor fault because of oil leaking on the sensor and that I need to replace valve cover gasket and sensor to fix the issue so that’s what I did. That entire repair was over 800 dollars but my extended warranty paid for most of that. That was ok with me until the same code came back on two weeks later just for me to have to take it back up there and they had to look at it for free because it was the same code just for this time ... read more
My vehicle had oil spilled on the engine and since I had my oil changed with you my vehicle still smell like oil burning on the engine I tried calling my tech to check but I received no no confirmation on what to do next so I'm wondering if my vehicle is okay
