Absolutely horrible customer service.
One star is too much.... Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for 7:30... it took them 2 hours to communicate with me, only because I walked up to service desk, no info. Half hour goes by I walk back to the no personality, never received a greeting service desk. They just suck. They Do not really want to work, they made me feel like I was bothering them. I have been to many kia dealerships. This one need a serious evaluation.....horrible.

Worst wholesale parts dept I have ever tried to use. They could care less..
Can't speak for prior reviews but I can tell you Chad Mobley has personally taken care of us and our parts needs without fail. Highly recommend.
