One star is too much.... Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for 7:30... it took them 2 hours to communicate with me, only because I walked up to service desk, no info. Half hour goes by I walk back to the no personality, never received a greeting service desk. They just suck. They Do not really want to work, they made me feel like I was bothering them. I have been to many kia dealerships. This one need a serious evaluation.....horrible.

Made an appointment in the morning for brakes and oil change, I know that job isn’t hard so I thought to just wait in the lobby until I was finished. 2 hours go by and I asked for an update and they kept saying that they are working on it. The job ended up taking 6 hrs and there wasn’t lots of people so what took so long?? I noticed people that came in after me were leaving before me and I made an appointment!!
