I made an appointment for 11:00 am. I was there 6 hours. Finally told me at 2:00 that it was warped rotor. I told them to fix them and it was three hours later before it was done. I always have to wait 3 or more hours no matter what. They shouldn't give appointments if they can't honor it. Also bought new tires from them a few weeks before and that's when my car started shaking when slowing down, hence the rotor problem. Maybe a coincidence?
