Nalley Honda in Union City has always been on point for me since 2014. Robert Tutt, my service manager has been the best with helping keep up with my maintenance. I am at 260, 000 and my Civic is still one of my best investments
I had a poor experience with routine maintenance at Nally Honda. I requested scheduled maintenance for oil and oil filter change, tire rotation and break fluid change. After negotiation, I was able to get the price down to $285 which was still higher than other Honda dealerships. The next day immediately after service was performed, the skid panel under the car fell out while driving down the interstate. This department really did a wonderful job, they had to keep my car overnight, but I love how they handle the situation of getting home and picking me up the next morning
