Great customer service. Goins Lee always takes care of the customer. He is the reason we continue to come to Nalley Honda Union City.
Had to take the car back within the first hour after service and spending $1500 plus. The car was shaking they acknowledged not adjusting rotors. Requested support from management no response.
I'm totally disappointed in service. First of all, the service advisor questioned my coupon (which was from Nalley Honda). Before the oil change, I also requested a tire rotation. Upon completion of the oil change, I was told my ties were dry rotten (3 year old tires which I bought from Nalley Honda). Were not rotated during oil changes as the difference between my front and back tires threads. Yes, I know front ties wear faster, but again, the threads would not be that different.
