I have been coming here for 7 years. I never loved the service but due to the allergies I have I just decided to stay. Yesterday was the last time I go, this office needs serious upkeep. The staff is not the nicest nor they have ever been. The doctor was the same as usual but yesterday was in rare form. She brushes off concerns and make you feel stupid. I don’t like feeling like I’m rushed with a doctor nor feeling like my questions or concerns are not valid. I dont recommend this office.
I can honestly say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office, ever. For starters, the practice itself is horribly dated and smells like mold. I had a headache a majority of my visit from the smell. More importantly, the service was horrible. I was the the only person in there for the entirety of my visit and I still waited over and hour to be seen.
