My experience was very good especially with it being my first appt. She was very professional, welcoming, engaging and caring made me feel comfortable. She did exactly what I asked and I was very happy with my results. She has a private suite which is perfect for me I will definitely be back for another trim thank you so much!

I didn't receive services at this salon BECAUSE when I called the stylist seemed to be offended by my questions. I'd like to point put that first impressions start at the point of FIRST contact. Professionalism and courtesy starts from initial contact. I am not a stylist so naturally I have questions about what to expect. As a business owner, you are marketing your services at all times. Start with being open and kind and explain things. I am a faithful client until I experience disdain or rudeness. Kindness goes a long way.... read more
