Absolute disrespectful behaviour for psychologist Angela Brooks-Horn. In my first session with Angela she mocked my mother's religious views, made assumptions she was right wing and a Trump supporter. I have contacted Nala for a full refund however this has not been returned. I am escalating this with my lawyer and the health care complaints commission.
Excellent from day dot. The team are incredibly welcoming and highest praise to Rachel for her warmth, compassion and expertise. So much gratitude for Nala Hub!!
Can't recommend this practice highly enough. Emma is the only psychologist my daughter implicitly trusts and respects. She has a wonderful way with teens.
