Nal Insurance provides excellent service and comprehensive coverage for OO's in the trucking industry. Their customer support is friendly, claims are handled swiftly, and their user-friendly system makes everything easy to manage.
Emergency phone numbers listed are not working, not even a beep or leave a message. The call goes through and then silence. This Houdini like play is tantamount to total abuse of your clients trust and expectations. Time to seek alternative coverage.
