I was stranded in Nakusp for days waiting for the shop to fix me. Totally ran out of dog food, which they promptly delivered to a parking lot so my boy wouldn't starve. Going above and beyond. Thanks a bunch!!!
I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic. Dr Robinson is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have a 12 year old bulldog/boxer mix who has had 3 surgeries in the past couple of years and has had multiple visits for a chronic eye condition. I always appreciate how she takes the time to answer any questions I have regarding my pets diagnosis. The staff here are very kind and welcoming.
I've never met a more compassionate veterinarian as Dr.Robinson. She prioritized my Ludo's comfort and calmness above all else. I will continue to bring all my animals to Dr.Robinson with full confidence in her diagnostics and care.
Dr Amber is a fantastic caregiver for our family dogs. We have never felt rushed through our appointments, and her fees have always been fair. We always have lots of questions, and she happily takes the time to talk with us. Both Dr Amber and her staff are thorough and detailed in the care they give our dogs, and we feel lucky to have such a great vet available to us.
