We hired Nakoma construction to do several landscape renderings. We paid $3000.00 in advance per their contract requirements. They never did any renderings and kept putting us off for months. We finally requested a refund because they had done nothing. The owner, Nilva Gonzalez, stated she would refund the money and never did. We had to file a police report for fraud. Don’t use this company!
Do not do business with this company. During the insurance claim process I had to end up calling the insurance myself to untangle the mess that Nakoma had made. Then I discovered a leak on the roof due to a bad installation and it took me months to get a hold of Nakoma to come get it fix. Lastly I discovered that they installed the air dryer vent incorrectly which caused my dryer to break down. Please find a different roofing company.
