Stopped here on our way to Colorado Springs after hiking in Rocky Mt National Park. Reception was pleasant and ordering was easy. We ordered the Ruben and Pork Banh Mi, both were so delicious. Their ciabbatta bread is excellent. Raspberry bar waa yummy. Vibe is casual relaxed; and as we were enjoying our lunch, the staff started singing "America The Beautiful" in the back room, so our group of 16 hikers joined in. Nice place with quality food. Sandwiches are a bit expensive... but in line with similar places around it.
I took my lunch experience to the next level. Why eat clothed when you can embrace the naked lunch mentality, am I right? Staff was not too happy about it but I sure as hell was.
