The worst company I have ever had any dealing with. To be avoided at all cost. Paid for a sample. Ordered at over £110 same. What arrived was a different product. Yet there was a blank refusal to visit & inspect. They advertise a workshop & direct delivery. This was bought in & was not delivered directly. You can buy this product from many other suppliers who would have some interest in how it was received & public relations.
There are many wood flooring companies out there to chose from but not all are equal and often the sample supplied bears little resemblance to the delivered product ! We chose Naked Floors because we liked the product, we were able to visit their works to see and touch many options, were we able to see the actual finishing process and we were satisfied with the source of the wood.
