Staff were welcoming and professional. I like that they explained the whole process before it was done This made me feel more comfortable since it was my first time ever doing anything to my face. I recommend it. I got the lip flip and botax on my marionette lines. Since results for this take a while to notice we will see how it looks. Pain was minimal. The office looks clean and elegant. Thanks Julia I want to mention this is Denver new location.
