Dr. Najmey and her staff are caring and helpful! Highly recommended!
Dr Sawsan Najemy left me sitting in her exam room for over an hour she done that twice , and confused a medication at CVS and wouldn’t acknowledge that she did that she tells you to do one thing and writes something different in you record with her , i wouldn’t recommend her at all no stares for her in my book she neglects her patience . poor service i would never go to her again .
If I could give a negative 1, I would. Worst experience ever! Went to this office as a first time patient. The doctor came in to my room 1.20 hours past my appt time. She did not apologize at all for the ridiculous wait. She did not introduce herself at all, I had to introduce myself to her. I had all my medical history info printed out for her. She was uninterested in any of it. She gave me an extremely rushed consult and told me I needed to use her internal blood lab for bloodwork that she said I needed. I was told I could... read more
I called my insurance company first to verify who was in network and who wasn't before I called. I "tried" to explain that to the lady who answered the phone. She interrupted me and said, "Did you speak to an alive person? I tried to say yes, and she again said you needed to speak to a alive person. I tried to tell her that I did call them, and she again interrupted me to say call them back. I have been a patient of Dr. Najmey’s for many years. She takes such good care of me and has helped me through many issues. Her ability to diagnose a problem when other Doctor’s have failed is incredible. I have recommended Dr. Najmey to family members and friends and all of them have done well under her care. Her staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring as well.
