Very happy with the end of lease cleaning they did for are office. They were on time and very professional. We will be using them for regular cleaning for new office aswell.
Lovely experience! Najim and his team did an amazing job cleaning my house for end of lease. I wasn't expecting for full bond return, because my house needed a lot work and was dirty. I was blown away after seen the end results. I really appreciate and thank full to them🙏 My agent was so happy with the clean I was able to received my full bond. Friend of mine introduced me to najim and I was so lucky to find these guys. Very professional and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for end of lease cleaning.
If I could rate this company zero stars, I absolutely would. We hired them for an end-of-lease clean, and the result was nothing short of appalling. Despite being provided with photographic evidence of the areas they neglected—sent to them via the landlord—they outright refused to return and rectify their substandard work. Horrible professionalism. We got them through AirTasker for an end of lease clean up job and we had agreed on a base amount of $380. When they got to our apartment they had said that they couldn’t do it for that amount and charged us an extra $250. While this was a shock my roomate and I had agreed with them as long as they updated it on airtasker and gave us an invoice.
