This place is a scam do not go here. I paid upfront for my service (I know, I've now learned my lesson) just to be ghosted several times and not refunded. I drove out to Seattle the time and day of my appointment just for him to tell me that he couldn't do the detail that day and that it needs to be rescheduled. He then proceeded to ghost me and never refund my purchase. Save yourself the time and money, DO NOT GO HERE.
I wish I can give less than a one star. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a detailing service. I booked an appointment, but he never showed up. When I called, he said he had just seen the appointment and offered to reschedule. I rebooked, and again he didn’t show on time. Horrible Service – Potentially a Scam! This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience I've had. My confirmed June 1st appointment led to a 30-minute wait with no one showing up. When I finally reached them by phone, they rescheduled me for the next day. I made an appointment for an exterior/interior detail ($275) and wasn't given any meaningful instructions, considering you have to go down 7 floors of a parking garage with zero signage or cell phone service looking for the place (it also costs money just to enter the garage).
