Called Najem's shop on Saturday morning, for new rotors and calipers. They had me in the bay within 30 minutes of arriving and Finished within 3 hours even after having to wait for a part we didn't know needed replacing until they were in the midst. Full rear brakes was under 600$ both sides. Very happy here and will use najem everytime now. Thanks guys, you rock!
I had my brake pads replaced at this shop a little over a year ago. Since then, I’ve had recurring issues with sharp metallic noises when braking. I went back to them and asked if they could check it. They offered to “clean the brakes” but wanted to charge me $60 just to remove dust — even though I had already done the brake service with them. Najem is the best! I came here a few years ago through a referral from my cousin who still to this day uses Najem. My Mazda needed control arms, they had my car in and out within hours. He even needed to order a part in. Even after a few years of not needing mechanical work, I called yesterday to bring my Tiguan in for AC and it’s already in the shop being taken care of. Najem is honest, accommodating and an extreme pleasure to work with. I always come back and never have a bad experience. Thank you Najem and team!
