I've seen Dr. Syed for over 20 years and I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Syed and his staff are amazing people. Professional, experienced and devoted to their patients.
DR.Syed has been my PCP for years. He has great bedside manners treats me with respect and is very caring and does address my concerns.He's been there for me thru all my medical needs. I see him only because of mental and physical problems i been thru .There is also Eman and Cathy who are great NP that work with him. I was referred to Dr Syed by another doctor. I called to make an appointnent and the receptionist was rude. I had to other meducal appointments and the receptionists were very pleasant and end the call by saying have a nice day. The receptionist at your office didn't even say goodby. Just hung up the phone. When I called to cancel my appointment I asked her name and she refused to give it. I said I received a call that the doctor wasn't going to be in so I need to cancel. I have to wait a ridiculously long time in the waiting room to be called back. The nurse practitioners are amazing but Dr. Syed could be more courteous. The receptionists are horrible. I called 3 weeks ago to have something faxed to my job. They still have not faxed it, even after calling to remind them several times. My job is on the line because they have refused to fax over one simple sheet of paper.
