Such a lovely jewellery shop! The staff were super friendly and really helped me pick out the perfect piece. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful jewellery and excellent service!
Very bad experience! I bought a chain and ring for my daughter, but he charged me $183 per gram when the market rate is $135. He said he wouldn't charge GST, so I paid by card. However, he ended up charging me $535 in GST and said it's non-refundable, only exchangeable. Now I'm stuck. It seems he made a calculation mistake, and all his friends are with him. I'm sharing my bank statement, receipt, and photos of the items as a warning to everyone: beware!
