The reason i elected Dr. Nairus was my pre-surgical interview- he explained various procedures calmly and wisely and his bed-side manner convinced me. Following both procedures, now, I have had excellent results and wonderful after-care.
He just did my knee replacement! He is, kind, caring and compassionate. My PT can’t believe the progress I’ve made in just 1 week! Mobility is fantastic and ROM is great! She says I’m more advanced than most patients with progress! Dr Nairus is certainly an amazing technician in the OR and he was highly recommend for knee and hip replacements! Wish I did my surgery sooner! See this physician…he’s great!!!!!

Dr. Nairus thoughtfully explained the hip arthroplasty process, and what to expect. Surgery was intense, but successful. Baptist Hospital staff were terrific, and it was clear that they had universal respect for Dr. Nairus' professionalism, and technical expertise. Hoping that PT and prescribed rehab will result in a very different hip experience than the osteoarthritis-impacted limitations that were hampering my mobility before surgery.
This month Dr. Nairus did a second total knee replacement for me. The first one having gone well 3 years ago and I’m expecting this to do the same. Recovery is never easy but is worth it if you can stick it out. He is professional, attentive, very fussy and is kind at the same time. If you choose him for your procedure, you won’t be disappointed.
I recently met with Dr. Nairus to discuss hip surgery. He was great at explaining options and what to expect. Dr. Nairus is one of the BEST orthopedic surgeons in the area and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have him preform my hip surgery. Also, the office staff at Dedham was exceptional. Thank you Dr. Nairus and your staff! :)
The good doctor gives a gentle shot for hip bursitis. He explains a condition in layman termsand never makes you feel rushed.
The worse person, is not a professional always with actitud to the patients…
I had Dr Nairus do a knee replacement last year and will be having my other knee replaced soon. I have no complaints at all with my care I received with Dr Nairus. His office staff is very nice and his PA Dan is very easy to speak with. I would recommend Dr Nairus to anyone who needs a knee or hip replaced he’s the best.
