Dr. Nairus seems very knowledgeable about knee issues. Feel grateful that finally I can have a knee replacement and get back to a more active lifestyle. Met with his NP who was very professional and knowledgeable also. All my questions were answered and looking forward to having this procedure done soon.
The people were all excellent. Dr Nairus was patient and took his time explaining everything I needed to know about a knee replacement - the Pros and the Cons.
Everything was perfect.Staff was great and Dr. Narius was friendly and attentive.

I've been seeing Dr. Nairus yearly for many years to check my 25 year old bi-lateral knee replacements. He is very knowledgeable and answers my questions, would definitely recommend!
I saw Dr. Nauru’s to review the status of my 12 year old hip replacement as well as to obtain cortisone injections in both knees. Dr. Nairus is an excellent physician who takes the time to thoroughly explain your situation as well as to answer any questions posed to him.
Dr. Nairus explained the problem and the procedure clearly. His technique sped my recovery. I was pain free in 4 weeks and completed PT in eight. My PT said it was much faster than most she works with. When my injection Dr. said Jim did his grand parents hips, that’s all the recommendation I needed! Glad I did.

Outstanding crew!!!! This is my second total knee replacement. So now complete. Recovery is slower that what you would want but the end results are amazing. Access to the team for questions were excellent. The Patient Portal for BBJI is great. Within 15 minutes of using the Portal with Picture they were on the phone with an answer. The pre instructions and post informed you all the way. Thanks for wonderful care and an amazing outcome
