Any review over 1 star is fake. I've lived in Nairne my whole life and can confirm that these guys are useless scumbags, the only reason they're "fully booked" is because the doctors are actually away at court for malpractice.
I have been seeing Dr. Lasath Hattotuwa since 2017/2018 (one of his special interests is in Mental Health 👋) and despite moving over 300km away, I still make the 600km round trip to see him—because I have never met a doctor who genuinely cares as much as he does. Finding a doctor who truly listens, understands, and takes the time to explore the bigger picture rather than just offering a quick fix is incredibly rare. The reception staff are useless. Mixing up and writing wrong appointment times on cards and saying they’re not receiving care plans when they just simply find it too hard to look. Poor service!
