Craig Gilcrease, PA-C was very friendly, explained the procedure to me and left me with confidence (5 stars.) The surgery scheduler: Kayla Bustamante was not nice, she appeared to be annoyed when I was attempting to add the dates and times for the pre anesthesia appointment, surgery information and the post op visit on my calendar. I would give her (1 star) for just showing up to work. She is the worst and was the biggest disappointment on my visit at Lovelace. I do not ever want to schedule anything with her ever again.
