Most pathetic doctors office ever, didn’t send prior authorization back to pharmacy after pharmacy sent it to them TWICE. Causing delay in meds, if I can give 0 starts I would, not to mention they never answer the phones smh
I was a patient of this doctor for multiple years. He made getting refills on a non narcotic medication, high friction and then when I needed to reschedule due to my job and another engagement on annual blood work (made a year in advance, mind you!), his office refused to return my calls. They offered no bridge care while I found another PCP which left me with no medication taper or refills. Dr Nair and his associates are very thorough and take the time to answer questions about my health. They always ask what else they can help me with at the end of every visit
