Arrived at the office at 9:55am for my liver scan and labs. My liver scan was done and completed by 10:15am. I was to have labs as well, informed the person that did my scan I was to have labs, she stated I didn’t see your name on the list. I then informed your lab worker as well as the front desk. I sat for exactly 45 minutes no labs. As patients came and went I informed your front office I was told wait we will get you back, that happened relatively fast. This place has a 2.9 rating for good reason. If you enjoy schedulers that are hard to understand, rude customer service and doctors that sit on prescriptions for up to weeks at a time.(both new and refills) Then this is the place for you. I had been a patient for a little over 10 years, but recently i changed primary provider to a place about a mile up on Dixie hwy, that has a whole 1.9 star higher review. Most pathetic doctors office ever, didn’t send prior authorization back to pharmacy after pharmacy sent it to them TWICE. Causing delay in meds, if I can give 0 starts I would, not to mention they never answer the phones smh
I was a patient of this doctor for multiple years. He made getting refills on a non narcotic medication, high friction and then when I needed to reschedule due to my job and another engagement on annual blood work (made a year in advance, mind you!), his office refused to return my calls. They offered no bridge care while I found another PCP which left me with no medication taper or refills.
