Kelly pulled a classic bait and switch con move on me. I was quoted me $.30-$.40 cents per square foot on the phone for grout cleaning. When Kelly was finished he billed me at $.80 per square foot. He did great work but I cannot recommend this shady practice. Stay far away.
Kelly came out at short notice and cleaned all our tile and grout. The difference was amazing - from virtually black grout to nice light gray. He was extremely professional and made sure to take care of our home as he worked. Would recommend.
Kelly cleaned our carpets last week and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was very professional and explained each step of the process as he went along as well as provided estimations for when he would be finished. Our carpets were in pretty rough shape after having potty trained 2 puppies in the past 2 years but, Kelly got them back into pristine condition. Kelly went above and beyond in helping us! Very fair and honest pricing. He came with a job to only clean the tile for our new rental the day before we moved in. When he arrived he and I noticed the carpet was still wet from cleaning 5 days prior and smelled musty. He said he could redo it for us and even moved another job to do it. He cleaned the carpets and tile in the entire house and the carpet was dry the next day for our move.
