Kelly was very meticulous and I'm very happy with the upholstery and carpet cleaning.
Kelly pulled a classic bait and switch con move on me. I was quoted me $.30-$.40 cents per square foot on the phone for grout cleaning. When Kelly was finished he billed me at $.80 per square foot. He did great work but I cannot recommend this shady practice. Stay far away.
Kelly came out at short notice and cleaned all our tile and grout. The difference was amazing - from virtually black grout to nice light gray. He was extremely professional and made sure to take care of our home as he worked. Would recommend.
Kelly cleaned our carpets last week and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was very professional and explained each step of the process as he went along as well as provided estimations for when he would be finished. Our carpets were in pretty rough shape after having potty trained 2 puppies in the past 2 years but, Kelly got them back into pristine condition.
