Dr bridges is great but some of the rules for this office is atrocious . I was not seen bc my 4 yo is with me. We stay an hr away. Not this first time i was lost trying to find the new office no number no checkin was told we can’t help you. 3rd time having to reschedule due to bs.
If you have an elderly parent or loved one who needs extra support in understanding their care, even if they speak English but sometimes require clarity, this is not the right office for you. Dr Naima Bridgeds policy in this regard is not inclusive in any way. it made me feel excluded and dismissed. It felt like they assumed the only issue was translation, when really it was about inclusion, clarity, and patient-centered care.
