I did not have a good experience.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had throughout my entire pregnancy journey. I went in today for my 6-week postpartum OB visit, and the medical assistant, Ms. Iris, who works with Dr. Bridges, was absolutely awful. She was unprofessional, impatient, dismissive, and downright rude. Her behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. It was such a negative experience that I have no intention of ever returning to this place just because of her！
I was a first time patient today. Dr. Bridges and her assistant Jessica really wow'd me. Jessica was all smiles, which already gave me a good 1st impression. Then when Dr. Bridges came in, I could feel her energy. She welcomed me immediately and asked me to tell her about myself, where I am from, what I do...just showed real interest in me. I cannot thank Dr. Bridges enough for the incredible care I received throughout my pregnancy and delivery. From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, and always took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I felt informed and comfortable at every stage. During delivery, she made all the right decisions at the right time, ensuring both my baby and I were safe! I highly recommend Dr. Bridges to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled OB-GYN!
