I found Mario Naim via UpCounsel, and had a terrible experience with him. I posted seeking an attorney to work with us to revise an existing draft agreement. Mr. Naim said he would review the draft, and after claiming to have done so, said he would revise the agreement in 5 hours. Rather than revise the agreement, Mr. Naim proceeded to send a completely different agreement that was obviously a cut and paste of his own form - with names changed.
