Highly Recommended. We visited dozens of brownstones completed by local contractors, examining everything from texture and color to the sharpness of lines and the quality of ornamental details. We hired Naim Construction to resurface the facade of our Brooklyn landmark brownstone, paint the cornice, and lay new bluestone in the front yard. The end result looks very handsome. The previous owners had replaced the floral Italianate details on the main entrance and elsewhere with simple squared elements years ago. We just completed the restoration of our brownstone’s facade and we are very pleased with the end result. Naim’s team clearly took pride in their work and the people who worked on the decorative details around the door and windows were truly artisans. His workers showed up every day and were courteous and did a great job cleaning up at day’s end. We are glad we used Naim.

Excellent job! Naim’s crew renovated Cornice and Facade for Landmark Building in Park Slope Brooklyn. Naim’s crew is too notch! They solidly complied with all NYC safety laws and permits - well experienced! I highly recommend them! And reasonably priced!
