Don't be shy to ask for something a little different! I've been coming to Nailz 88 for a little over a year and they have always been wonderful, but this time they have really outdone themselves! I had my nails done here today. The previous two time i have been there the service was great. While filing my nails and removing cuticles the lady cut out my skin on both toes and fingers, i was in pain and my thumb was bleeding out. I reminded her to be gentle but she kept injuring me over and over almost screamed at some point. Thank you for rudely sending me off saying you are not taking walk-ins without a booking today. I found a better nail place in boronia it self to get my pedi and nails done by staff who actually speaks and understands English. I wasn’t 100% happy with my previous experience but I still returned. But this morning was the last time. Every time I have been in, walk-in’s have been accommodated no matter how busy it was but suddenly today I was denied. Amazing experience every time! The staff are so friendly and professional, and the attention to detail is perfect. I always get exactly what I ask for and my nails last for weeks. Definitely my go-to nail salon.
