Would have been a new customer but the rude woman who answered the phone “hello” stated they have “nothing this week”. All I said was I’d like to schedule a no chip manicure (didn’t say for when). She didn’t bother to ask or try and have a conversation. Get some customer service skills maybe!

The best pedicure I've ever gotten, and that's saying a lot because I've been getting monthly pedicures for years!! The salon was so beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I can't wait to return to get my nails done.

Aliona is amazing!!! Got a gel layover Manicure from her and i was very satisfied & happy!! My nails never looked & felt this healthy. My nails are tiny, very short nailbed, brittle and thin… Have been to many nail salons in Naperville & plainfeild but hands down she is the best!!! Was always in search for someone who can work on my cuticle and can make space for my nailbed and finally my search comes to an end. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable. Both nail technicians, Mariana and Aliona, spent the entire time gossiping about their clients, which was incredibly unprofessional and unsettling. To make matters worse, Mariana hurt my nails three times during the process. She was careless and didn’t even bother to apologize. Excellent manicure with the best care taken with my cuticles I’ve ever experienced. I have had dry (Russian) manicures previously. I appreciate that she does no cutting of the cuticle. Having just moved here I was concerned with finding someone who would give me the level of manicure I was accustomed to. It seems I have. If it lasts three weeks like I’m used to, then I will have achieved nail nirvana.
