QUALITY WORK! This is the only place in town that I have found that you don't have to choose the one person who can actually do nails. My daughter and I have gotten our nails done by 3 different people here so far and all done beautifully. Really satisfied!! My daughter gets acrylics and I get dip and we have loved them every time. I kind of want to leave a bad review so this place doesn’t get crazy busy. lol. But I won’t. I have been getting my nails done for a few years. I have had a hard time finding a new place since my regular left their company. I have been here twice and have had a great experience! My friend and I took our 3 girls the first time and everyone was happy. The second time I went alone and got a pedi this time too. It was the best foot massage I’ve ever had at a salon. Tools are not actually autoclaved. They just place them in autoclave bags but do not actually autoclave them. The arrow indicator on the bag does not have a color change. I work in the medical field so I know the difference. I asked and they said they do like a liquid cold sterilant instead. My mother in law hasn’t had any issues here but thought I would let me people know as it does appear the tools are autoclaved and labeled “sterile”.
Tammy was great but the manager is rude. I always tip well and keep my appointments. Today he tried to tell me I missed my appointment. I know that’s not true because I confirmed the appointment earlier that day with him. They were just super busy and he obviously double booked. I felt embarrassed and now extremely disappointed.
