This salon is amazing! I've been getting my nails done here since they opened! Tim is absolutely amazing! Not only does he do amazing nails, he also runs his shop effectively and with customer service a top priority!
As a first-time customer, I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, a woman brought me to her station, and I informed her that I wanted a short set with a natural color and a manicure. However, within just a few minutes of starting, another client—who appeared to be a regular—arrived. The technician addressed her by name and mentioned she was running behind, which was confusing given that I had scheduled my appointment two days in advance for this exact time. Cold water, didn't ask about temp, didn't ask what pedicure I wanted. Didn't clean under toenails, only massaged legs with a light-light touch.
Top tier service every time! Staff is always great knowledgeable and willing to meet YOUR nail/pedi goals. Salon is extremely clean and well taken care of. Their manager is the best and always strives for customers satisfaction. Ladies, cute/healthy nail care is important book today
