I used to love getting my nails done here, unfortunately I can’t say that now. If I could rate it zero I would! I had an appointment booked to get my nails done here, but when the day came I found out that not only had my appointment been canceled without my knowledge but my nail tech had been fired. I didn’t receive any call from the salon attempting to reschedule. I had been a loyal customer to the salon for a long time and had enjoyed my experience every time. I used to love going here, however recently I can't say I feel the same way. After having to call 3 different times to try finding where my nail tech went since she is no longer affiliated with them, my calls were ignored and a friend called not 10 minutes later and they answered. Also hearing things the owner said to employees who left to start their own business such as shes disappointed in them, not even a congratulations then firing them truly makes me sad for the new techs when they want to become independent.
