Booked an appointment online and got my email confirmation. Showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time, and called with no answer. I followed the signs to the back where I knocked and rang the doorbell multiple times, as well as called again. When there was still no answer 5 minutes after my appointment time I went to the front and called and knocked again with still no answer. If they were unavailable for appointments today it shouldn't have let me book online as I drove 20 minutes each way.
Only been a few times, but so far so good. Just the two of you, so no craziness of a salon, esp during covid! Kacey is great, its like going to your friends house, and her doing your nails, but she's a professional!
Kacey is great. Lots of knowledge and I come out with beautiful healthy nails.
