Now THIS is truly what a pampered nail salon experience should be! The space is beautiful with so many thoughtful touches from the complimentary beverages to the plush pedicure seating. The staff are so friendly and professional and my nails look exactly as requested. My new fave!
This is a nice, clean space where you can efficiently get your nails done. My issue here is with the removal of my old, existing gel manicure. Instead of soaking the existing gel off, they file the nails down with a nail drill to remove the gel. This has left my natural nails painfully thin meaning not only does my new manicure crack easily because my nails are so thin they are bendable, but they also chip and break easily. I really enjoyed my experience at the nailsaloon and Kuhjastaa was very kind and did my gel nails beautifully. She helped me find the color I wanted and Im so happy with the result. All the staff are very attentive and I love that you are offered free drinks!(i chose the hot chocolate!) :) Will be coming again with my husband because I just loved it so much!
Probably the worst polish I’ve ever had. I got the speedy manicure, because I don’t enjoy scrubs/massages, but apparently “speedy” means “bad.” Tech barely said 10 mumbled words so me, I couldn’t hear anything she said. The paint job itself is pretty rough - she made no effort to make my nails look uniform, and the paint is very thick, messy, and uneven. Beautiful and comfortable space, friendly service, and great job with the nails as well. Adriana was very easy to work with and did a great job on my mani/pedi.
