My sister and I came in on a Thursday to get our nails done, and unfortunately, we were both really disappointed with the results. I asked for a simple almond set, but they came out looking just okay at best. The technician Rosa seemed very tired it reflected on the nails. The shape turned out bulky, and the polish looks patchy. So i went 2 times and the 2 times where closed early i went in a wed and it was 7pm it was closed .the hours say they closed at 8pm i went 2nd time and they were closing early to so even a lady with glasses said she was not taking enyone sence she was in a hurry had to go to another salon . Not coming here again i ustu like this place but it has been bad. With service.
Responding to the previous review, Samira, you were not skipped. I was waiting there before you, I saw you enter and not sign in, in the “unprofessional” notepad, there visible for everyone to see. When a staff called for next customer you stood up wanting to SKIP me, so I got up and said it was my turn, then you got upset and left mumbling a bunch of stuff. I love this place! Great work, friendly staff. Been going there for a while and no issues ever!
HORRIBLE, I mean HORRIBLE customer service. I’ve gone twice in a row and got ignored and skipped because I didn’t put my name on a notebook paper even though I waited for 40 minutes and got skipped. My mom went as well by herself in another occasion and was skipped as well!! I didn’t get greeted or asked what kind of service I needed, how am I supposed to know I have to sign this unprofessional little notebook to be next when I already waited 40 minutes!! Do better !!!
